Are you using TV Mode to display the image? If so the pins on the 32pin connector for AUX-in need to be moved for the audio in on the TV mode instead of AUX mode

I kept all RNS-E internals and using TV Input

I moved the pins on the 32 connector to 13 28 and 29 and that sorted it
06, 21, 22 are for AUX-IN. 13, 28, 29 are for TV Mode.

Sorry, didn't see there was a second page. I have the audio going directly to the line out pins on the quadlock connector. I don't believe I have the 32-pin connector anymore.

I have the 3.5mm wires going to C3, C5, C8, C9, and C11 on the EXT Control Connector

I don't have the 32-pin connector anymore as I ripped out all the RNS-E internals. I'm running a Pi with a CarPiHat Pro DAC, with the 3.5mm output wired directly to the line out pins on connector C (pins 3, 5, 8, 9, and 11) on the quadlock. I'm trying to feed audio from the Pi directly into the car's amp via those pins if it's possible

Ah sorry I missed the part where you replaced the screen. You're trying to wire straight to the speakers directly? Haven't seen that done using the pins you're describing sorry. Only via the 32 pin as AUX-in or TV mode.
