CarlinKit CPC200-CCPA audio stutter

Hello everyone!

I'm asking for help with my project on running Hudiy on a Raspberry Pi 4B with 4GB RAM, UGREEN USB to 3.5mm Headphone Audio Adapter inside the 2004 Volvo S80.
I have a major issue with the project, that being the CarPlay dongle (CarlinKit CPC200-CCPA) stutters with audio playback. I went through multiple USB DAC's, spent a lot of time on this, tried with multiple phones, but no matter what, it stutters every 2-3 minutes, not much, just one, 0.3 seconds of silence, and it continues to play. I tried testing it with a USB cable from the dongle to the phone, and wireless, it does it every 2-3 minutes, but wired, it only does it once every half an hour. I mainly tested with iPhones, but I tested with an android phone too, and that stutters too. I basically tried everything, moving the dongle to another USB port, factory resetting the dongle, but nothing helped, in fact, if I moved it to a USB 3 port on the Pi, it did it every 30s wirelessly.
If anyone is encountering the same issue, has any tips or solutions, please let me know, everything helps, because this is the final issue of the project.

Hello,
What version of Hudiy are you using? Is your setup equipped with a microphone? What firmware version is installed on your dongle (you can check this under Settings > Projection > Autobox > About)?

I'm using Hudiy version 2.12 I believe, I currently don't have any microphones, though I'm planning to add one in the future, and I have Firmware version 2025.10.15.1127CAY on the CarlinKit

​If you currently do not have a microphone input in your setup, we recommend disabling the echo cancellation module - viewtopic.php?p=1579#p1579

​Please let us know how the system behaves with the echo cancellation module disabled.
