Hi,
From my previous post I disabled the hotspot so I can troubleshoot via ssh or VNC if needed and so have been using an AA Wireless 2 Dongle and it works 50% of the time and when it does its good, but when it doesn't work I get popups such as the ones below! Am I missing something? Or do I need to amend the service file so it identifies the adapter dongle..
CarPiHat Pro 5
Raspberry pi 4
Raspberry Pi &" Screen
Bookworm
USB hub separate power via buck converter taking (SSD, Bluetooth adapter and AA Wireless Dongle)
USB Mic
Thanks,
Sam

Re: AA Wirleess Dongle
Hello,
These errors come from pcmanfm (the Raspberry Pi file manager). By default, pcmanfm tries to mount USB devices as storage drives, which is likely causing a conflict with your device. You can disable this in pcmanfm settings:
Folder icon to open the file manager -> Edit -> Preferences -> Volume Management:
Uncheck:
Mount removable media automatically when they are inserted
Show available options for removable media when they are inserted.
