Autobox devices do not have such configuration options. You can set resolution only and UI is scaled automatically by the device.

But could i set a higher resolution so that the device might scale it differently based on the higher res. thanks. my screen is 1280x800

The same resolution is also used for touch events. Setting it bigger than the screen size could result with inacurate touch handling.

In the latest CarPlay there is something called Smart Display Zoom. You can try it to scale the interface https://9to5mac.com/2025/09/22/carplay- ... play-zoom/

We will look into the possibility of adding configuration options for setting a custom resolution. If testing goes well, we'll include this in the next version of Hudiy.
