Hi. I made a clean install on my RPi4 with 2GB of RAM and its boots about one minute long from powering board to hudiy screen. Last 6 years im using something different like Libreelec in my car wich it boot about 25 secs to main screen on RPi3 with 1GB of RAM. its no difference that im booting it from SD Card or via USB to SATA bridge with SSD storage. Its possible to make it boot under 30 secs? Or switch to Lite OS?

Hello, it's best to check using systemd-analyze blame command to see what is taking up time during system boot. It is likely waiting for a network connection. In our test setups with a Pi 4B and an SD card, the boot time does not exceed 30 seconds. The Hudiy application on a Pi 4B should launch in about 3-4 seconds.

Dziękuje za info, udało mi się wyłączyć cloud init oraz jeszcze jedną usługę i teraz mam czas startu w okolicy 45 sekund co już jest dla mnie akceptowalne :D
