hi there after testing hudiy in the last few weeks i have recently developed an issue where carplay randomly cuts out. it isn’t the phone cutting out it’s the autobox device crashing possibly as i see the autobox icon dissapearing and coming back a second later.

any advice on this or how to investigate would be appreciated.

Please zip the log folder ($HOME/.hudiy/log) and upload it to this thread. We'll check the logs to see what's happening with the dongle.

Could you also post the dmesg command output captured immediately after the dongle disconnects?

This sounds like a power or heat issue. What power supply are you using?
