Hello,
It looks like the terminal is using the wrong character set. When you changed the system language, Raspberry Pi OS likely switched the character set from UTF-8 to something else.
Please change the character set back to UTF-8 in: Start → Preferences → Raspberry Pi Configuration → Localisation tab → Locale → Character Set
After that, re-run the installer.

Thank you so much, that was the problem. The installation is running now.
