Can you detail if this will enable us to choose our own colours for each UI element. Eg eliminating white text on home screen in dark mode. Also when is 2.18 slated for release?

How would i change the text colours on the home screen? Can I make a custom colour scheme that replaces the hierarchy of colours so I can have green text? This is to match an interior thanks
